Refund policy

Returns 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return labels or refund shipping fees are not provided. Please contact us before you return any item for more details.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  • sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore AZU Vogue reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our contact form.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer any exchanges (including different size or color). If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Cancellation

Due to the nature of the product, cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed. This is because we try to print and ship orders as soon as possible.

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it goes to print. However, if it has already gone to print, you will not be able to cancel the order.

If you are unable to cancel your order, you may return the product for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
