Orders & Shipping Policy

Products

The products on this website are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Orders

We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Shipping & Delivery 

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days 

Order tracking

You should receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please contact us.

Customs charge

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Delayed Order

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us with your order number.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility and cannot be reshipped. You will have to place a new order.

Lost in transit

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will have to place a new order.

Flawed item

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, misprinted, or defective. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within within 15 days after the product has been received, with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Bulk orders 

It is not possible to make bulk orders on the webstore. If you want to place an order for high quantities, you may contact us stating the quantity and reason for the order. 

Return & Refund policy

Returns 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return labels or refund shipping fees are not provided. Please contact us before you return any item for more details.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  • sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore AZU Vogue reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our contact form.

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer any exchanges (including different size or color). If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Cancellation

Due to the nature of the product, cancellation is not possible once the order has been placed. This is because we try to print and ship orders as soon as possible.

If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to cancel it before it goes to print. However, if it has already gone to print, you will not be able to cancel the order.

If you are unable to cancel your order, you may return the product for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
